MLS Summer Course 2019 Science Week
Day 1: Dancing Rice (Toddler&K1) Today we started science week. In class, our teacher played us a video of different fun experiments, then she told us that today's special activity was dancing rice. First, she told us the names of the materials that we were going to use today such as water, baking soda, rice, paint, and white vinegar. We started mixing water, baking soda, paint, and rice, then at the end, we added the white vinegar to do the reaction and the rice started dancing. It looked fun!
今日からサイエンスウィークが始まりました。最初にいろんな実験のビデオを見てから、先生が今日のアクティビティの内容や、水・重曹・お米・絵の具・お酢などの、今日使う材料を教えてくれました。まず水・重曹・絵の具・お米を、ペットボトルやジャムの瓶の中に入れてからよく混ぜ、そこにお酢を加えました。するとお米が動きだし、まるで踊っているように見えました。とても面白かったです。
Hoy comenzamos la semana de ciencia. En la clase la maestra nos puso videos de diferentes experimentos, después nos dijo que la actividad especial de hoy sería arroz bailarín. Primero nos dijo los nombres de los materiales que estaríamos utilizando tales como: agua, bicarbonato, pintura, arroz y vinagre blanco. Comenzamos mezclando el agua, bicarbonato, pintura y el arroz, después pusimos el vinagre blanco para que hiciera la reacción y el arroz comenzó a bailar. ¡Se veía divertido!
Day 1: Fizzy Ice (K2&K3)
Today in our summer course, on the first day of our science week, in k2 and k3 the teacher taught us the materials we will use such as vinegar, baking soda, and ice. She explained to us what each of the materials would serve for. We divided into 4 teams to be able to do the activity and then we started to do it, it was very exciting when we put the baking soda on the ice and then when adding the drops of vinegar many bubbles were coming out as if it were gas, we really liked this activity and the best thing we could repeat several times.
今日はサイエンスウィークの１日目でした。大きいクラスでは、最初に今日のアクティビティの内容や、お酢・重曹・氷などの今日使った材料を確認してから、４つのグループに分かれました。まず氷に重曹を加え、その後お酢を数滴垂らすと、気泡が出てきました。とても面白かったので、何回も繰り返し行いました。
Hoy en nuestro curso de verano, en nuestro primer día de nuestra semana de ciencia, en k2 and k3 la maestra nos enseñó los materiales que utilizaremos tales como: vinagre, bicarbonato y hielos. Nos fue explicando poco a poco para que serviría cada uno de los materiales. Nos dividimos en 4 equipos para poder hacer la actividad y después empezamos a realizarla, fue muy emocionante cuando poníamos el bicarbonato en los hielos y después al momento de agregarle las gotas de vinagre iban saliendo muchas burbujas como si fuera gas, nos gustó mucho esta actividad y lo mejor es que lo pudimos repetirla varias veces.
